Refund policy

At Florida Express Signs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom signage. Because most of our products are custom-made, we ask that you review your order details carefully before placing your order.

Custom Products

Custom items (including printed, cut vinyl, or personalized signs) are not eligible for returns or refunds unless:

  • The product arrives defective

  • There is a manufacturing error

  • The item was damaged during shipping

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.

Customer Errors

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors approved by the customer

  • Incorrect information submitted at checkout

  • Design approvals confirmed by the customer

In these cases, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Custom (Stock) Items

Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days, unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
