Welcome to Florida Express Signs. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. General Conditions
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Florida Express Signs reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
2. Custom Products & Customer-Provided Designs
Most of our products are custom-made using designs, text, images, and information submitted directly by the customer at checkout.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

The submitted design is final, complete, and approved for production

All text, spelling, layout, sizes, colors, and images are correct

No additional design proof, revision, or confirmation is required
Orders are produced exactly as submitted by the customer. Florida Express Signs does not modify, correct, or review customer-submitted designs unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, edited, or modified.
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of all submitted content, including logos, trademarks, and images.
By completing checkout, the customer confirms they have full rights to use all submitted materials and that the design is suitable for printing. Florida Express Signs is not responsible for spelling errors, layout issues, or low-resolution images provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Florida Express Signs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds

Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part.
Refunds will not be issued for customer-approved designs, spelling errors, layout choices, or low-resolution images submitted by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including text, images, designs, graphics, and logos, is the property of Florida Express Signs and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Customers retain ownership of their submitted designs but grant Florida Express Signs a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
8. Limitation of Liability
Florida Express Signs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in dispute.
9. Production Variations
Minor variations in color, size, material, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, materials, or production methods and do not constitute defects.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
11. Changes to Terms
Florida Express Signs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
