Shipping policy

At Florida Express Signs, we work hard to produce and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy before placing an order.


1. Processing & Production Time

Most of our products are custom-made. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Processing/production times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and design complexity. Any production time shown on the website is an estimate and not a guarantee.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx (depending on the service selected and destination).

Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Florida Express Signs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package size/weight, and destination.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.


5. Accurate Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.


6. Delivered Packages / Lost or Stolen Items

If tracking shows the package as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered.

Florida Express Signs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If this happens, please contact the carrier first and also let us know—we will do our best to help.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The damaged product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or solution.


8. Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of what you received. We will correct the issue as quickly as possible.
